Witchcraft.
The prosecution of witches in Sweden started in Lillhärdal year 1668, in the trial against Stor-Märit Jonsdotter, a woman who’s life story captivated and motivated the Swedish novelist Jan Guillou to write “Häxornas Tid”, the age of the witches. The novel later became a popular TV series that was in large parts produced on sites in Lillhärdal, where the actual events had taken place.
Visitors are welcome to view the museum exhibit about the witch-hunt in Lillhärdal, and a video about how everything started, a both frightening and fascinating past that the novelist Jan Guillou regards as the most serious legal injustice in Swedish history.
Follow Stor-Märit Jonsdotter’s destiny from the beginning where Gertrud was believed to have walked on water, to the site of execution at Spångmyrholmen and finally the memorial site.

Business Training Expeditions.
You have probably read quite a few books about management and leadership theory and perhaps participated in endless conferences or classes on the subject through out the years. You probably also know that leadership and collaboration is something one should DO rather than talk about.
A Business Training Expedition is no holiday adventure. The unfamiliar environment and the challenging tasks ahead will influence your senses and demand that you utilize your existing abilities, and perhaps even find some new abilities that you didn’t know existed. These programs are based on, and take advantage of the unfamiliar environment in order to put participants senses on high alert. It further means that participants are utilizing not only their short and long-term memory, but also the memory controlling motor skills such as climbing, swimming etc. The spatial memory will help identify objects in your surrounding, and the semantic memory is handling general knowledge, such as how a paragraph is constructed or what is most important. The episode memory stores episodes and occurrences as defined by time and space, and related to each persons own experiences.
Program.
The program is based on one group or several groups that compete against each other, by moving from point A to C in a challenging terrain. The group(s) are usually expected to move through forests, across mountains and streams of water, and resolve problems along the way as individuals or as a group in order to advance. NATURAL’s team members are highly trained and responsible for the exercise’s basic structure and observe the group(s) activities without interfering. A debriefing occurs now and then with guided discussions about leadership and collaboration surrounding specific situations in the exercise. We also compare onsite experiences with situations from the groups normal work environment.
Goals & Results.
Collaboration, creativity, communication, group consensus, conflict resolution, trust, and leadership, are but a few advantages that will improve business operations, as well as the participants personal ability to understand and articulate business objectives. The participants who normally work in different leadership roles will bring back improved collaborative skills, confidence, and a new sense of their own abilities.
